Preparing for Your Past Life Regression Session

To help you prepare for your session so you can get the most out of it, please engage as much as possible in your own mindfulness practices the week before you come. This might involve hiking, meditation, yoga, art, walking, gardening, or anything that allows you to feel deeply connected to yourself. If you have a guided meditation you enjoy, it might be helpful to listen to that as well. This will help you practice using and engaging with your right brain, your intuition, and your connection to Spirit.

I also recommend reading books by Dr. Linda Backman and/or Dr. Michael Newton to learn more about past lives and past life regression.
